Transformations Treatment Center One Year Aftercare Program

We utilize some of the most innovative treatment methods available in the world of drug and alcohol rehabilitation.  Using a three phased approach to healing addiction we offer a wide array of options which are personalized to suit the unique needs of each client we serve.  Transformations Treatment Center offers clients two programs to choose from, a traditional program or one which incorporates Christianity into treating addiction.  For a client that has successfully completed one of our programs, we offer a one year aftercare program in order to decrease the risk of relapse and strengthen and reaffirm the individuals resolve to maintain sobriety.

Transformations approaches rehab through making the treatment experience as comfortable and relaxed as possible.  We believe in taking the clinical, sterile aspect out of drug and alcohol rehabilitation and making it more personal and comfortable for the individual.  By offering our clients clean, comfortable, all inclusive amenities, we are able to build a mutually rewarding, respectful and trusting bond with each person we help.  Our staff and client relationship is just another way in which our treatment center is unique and why we are so successful at what we do.

We help our clients build self-esteem and confidence, which are two important elements missing in the life of an addict.  Our treatment center provides education about addiction, helps a person learn how to share feelings and emotions, teaches positive coping skills and fosters communication, provides nutritional counseling, and many other things which are vital to preparing the individuals reenter into society.  Ever since its inception our treatment program has adopted the philosophy that the ability to heal and recover from addiction is something that lies within the heart of each person we help, we are there to provide the fundamental skills and tools needed to allow it to happen.

Transformations Treatment Center not only provides the foundation someone needs to heal from addiction, but we go further and do more for a client than most other programs.  We not only help a person overcome a drug or alcohol problem, but we also believe it is vital to provide other services as well.  Once a client has successfully completed one of our rehab programs, we offer additional options which include weekly counseling and group therapy sessions, as well as a one year aftercare program.  When our clients are ready to leave, we have a list of sober living referrals from an approved list, as well as personally inspect each location to make sure it is the best environment possible for continued recovery.

Through teaching life skills, relapse prevention education and offering an exclusive one year aftercare program, our treatment center stands out among others and enjoys an extremely high success rates.  We firmly believe that true healing extends way beyond just a person staying in our facility for rehabilitation only, which is why we stand by our clients and continue to help long after rehabilitation has been completed.  Our one year aftercare program offers any client that has completed one of our long term programs to come back and receive weekly group and individual counseling and in the event of relapse; we offer another 30-day treatment provision.

We, at Transformations, believe so strongly in our programs that we offer our clients what few other treatment programs do and that is a “Guaranteed Success” program, which is what makes us a leader.  We have developed an aggressive plan that is implemented for each of our clients, which includes Aftercare and Relapse Prevention Programs.  Our staff of counselors keeps in touch with each client to reaffirm the bonds of caring and trust between us and our recovery graduates and in turn, we invite the individual to come back at no cost if need of treatment again.
