What we offer
Christian Drug Rehab helps stop individuals from letting drugs ruin their lives
The ultimate goal of Christian drug rehab programs is to stop those individuals who do drugs from ruining their lives. It helps them to learn how to deal with the trigger points of their drug use. It also teaches them to avoid certain places, people and things.
In the program recovering drug addicts are given tools and resources to help them socially, financially, physically and spiritually. They use those tools and resources to administer what they have learned to lead a normal life in society. It is not an easy journey back to normalcy, but with the right training, they can go on to lead great lives of purpose and passion.
The individuals that become drug addicts are usually influenced by others whether it is peer pressure or something that they have experienced with family members. A home that is part of the drug abuse experience will sometimes produce the same drug addicts that live there. It is a recycling of drug abuse that cannot be broken if it is not attacked with the Word of God because this type of disease is evil.
There are some people who may take up drugs due to stress or possible a life changing situation that proved to be traumatic. They did not have the mental capacity to deal with it and entered into the world of drugs to soothe the pain. This is not usually someone you would likely think of as a drug user. This may be a person who just got caught in an unfortunate situation.
A drug addict has no car at all about their lives. They will do whatever it takes to get the next hit regardless of hurting anyone; stealing from anyone or committing any other illegal activity to fund their habit. These are people who do not relate to reality. They see things differently than normal people do.
The Christian drug rehab facility provides treatment that helps the individual to focus on the reason for their behavior. They are able to find out what the internal aspect of their troubles resulted from. The therapists and counselors will work with them to address the real issues that are bothering them. However, it is going to require commitment, discipline, structure, control and organization.
In a drug addicts world, the drugs are their only focus. Asking them to commit and focus to something else is asking a lot. However, with professional help, the power of God and family support system, this is something that anyone can do.
The first thing that is on the mind of a drug user when they get up in the morning is getting high. There is absolutely nothing else on their minds except getting their drugs. Without it, they tend to be irritated and angry. No one can reason with them at that time. They dont think about going to work or performing any other task until they are fed with the drugs.
It takes some time for a drug addict to admit that there is a problem. When they get to the point of admission, then it is certainly easier to find them the help that they need.
